Hot hair care tools are excellent in a lot of situations, like transforming boring, lifeless hair into drop-dead gorgeous waves. • The hair cuticles themselves are made up of keratin, which burns at 451 degrees Fahrenheit, so all the keratin in your hair gets weakened and really close to burning off!
